Wind Farm Operation Engineer

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is based in the Central Greece Region and joins the Wind Farm Assets team. The role focuses on the efficient operation and maintenance of wind energy assets while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily wind turbine operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyse performance data, availability and KPIs, preparing status reports and follow‑up meetings.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, inspections and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
• Collaborate with the HSE Manager to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support for new project installation, commissioning, spare‑parts management and logistics coordination.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and operational data.
• Work with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders, managing contracts and service agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience on renewable energy (RES) projects.
• Excellent knowledge of wind turbine technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work in a multitask environment with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
