Web Developer – Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Web Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to design, build and maintain enterprise‑grade solutions for international public organisations. The position can be based in Athens or performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx with React.
• Extend Microsoft Teams with custom tabs, bots and integrated apps.
• Create automation and provisioning scripts for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 using PnP PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Design automated workflows with Power Automate and lightweight apps with Power Apps.
• Develop and support Azure services that underpin M365 solutions (App Service, Functions, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps).
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security and compliance features.
• Provide secondary support for existing Drupal/PHP sites, including theming, Drush deployments and API integrations.
• Write unit tests, perform static code analysis and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, participate in code reviews and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx and modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably React).
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps and RESTful APIs including Microsoft Graph.
• Good problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a cross‑functional team.
