Web Developer & IT Support Teammate

About the role

Join a well‑established higher education institution as a Web Developer & IT Support Teammate. You will ensure the college’s digital learning environment runs smoothly while enhancing its web presence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Moodle learning platform.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance college websites.
• Support and update the college’s CRM system.
• Provide technical assistance to staff, professors, and students for LMS and CRM tools.
• Keep systems secure, up‑to‑date, and fully operational.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the above platforms.
• Assist with technical needs for academic activities and events.
• Support Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and similar applications.
• Create and maintain documentation and user manuals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of WordPress and experience customizing templates and themes.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Good understanding of Moodle and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of hosting, server administration, backups, and security.
• Familiarity with SFTP and server file management.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
