Warehouse & Materials Administrator – Conventional Generation

Key responsibilities

• Receives, inspects and organizes materials, spare parts and consumables in storage areas and ensures proper storage, labeling and classification of materials.
• Processes the supply of materials to the relevant Operation and Maintenance departments and to all relevant units of the Island Generation Operation Department by issuing the necessary material movement documentation, export notes and other warehouse documents, recording them in the information system.
• Supports the smooth flow and movement of equipment and spare parts in accordance with company and department procedures.
• Monitors inventory for all warehouses of the Island Generation Operation Department, informs the supervisor of replenishment needs and discrepancies, and prepares periodic reports.
• Participates in regular or ad‑hoc inventory counts of materials and spare parts.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Experience in warehouse management (receiving goods, recording inventory, stock monitoring, material tracking) – preferred.
• Experience in a materials and spare parts warehouse within an industrial environment – preferred.
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact).
