Warehouse & Logistics Officer

About the role

MEDIWAY is seeking a full‑time Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join its Logistics & Warehouse team in Athens. The role supports the company’s medical‑device operations by ensuring efficient inventory handling and smooth warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory, incoming deliveries and product batches, monitoring expiry dates.
• Perform quantitative inspection and ensure proper storage of products.
• Record inventory movements using the ERP system (Pylon Epsilon).
• Prepare delivery/dispatch documents and handle invoicing.
• Inspect warehouse equipment, reporting any damage or malfunction.
• Maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee efficient warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Degree from TEI/AEI/IEK, preferably in Logistics or a related field.
• Previous experience or strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Completed military obligations for male candidates.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic functions).
• ERP system experience, preferably Pylon Epsilon.
