Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Service in Santorini or Paros

About the role

Join Andronis as a Waiter/Waitress and help deliver the finest hospitality experience in our Santorini or Paros hotels. You will be responsible for smooth shift operations and providing attentive, guest‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the shift through customer‑focused service delivery.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training in line with departmental standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate service attributes and uphold company standards.
• Apply health and safety policies and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Upsell menu items while meeting guests’ needs and respecting cultural or dietary restrictions.

Required profile

• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry; service experience at a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel preferred.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage technology and POS systems.
• Team player with strong communication skills for guests from around the world.
• Awareness of different cultures and dietary restrictions.
