About the role

SWOT Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic waiters to join the team at the Porto Carras Resort. You will be part of a dynamic hospitality environment, delivering high‑quality service to guests in a stunning seaside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, take orders, and suggest dishes or drinks to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold the resort’s standards in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and process payments accurately.
• Promote a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude and passion for the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
