Waiter (Level A) – Luxury Resort in Rhodes

About the role

Join Domes Resorts at the brand‑new 5‑star Aulus Lindos Rhodes and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Waiter (Level A) you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, attended to, and eager to return.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Provide menu information, answer questions about dishes and drinks, and handle special dietary needs.
• Record orders and transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Perform shift closing, reconciling cash and card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training in a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Conversational level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
