Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will drive diverse digital transformation projects to success, acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. You will ensure technical requirements are understood, milestones are met, and deliverables align with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned clients to identify needs and propose technical solutions using Lighthouse digital products.
• Coordinate with Product Development, UX, and other disciplines to execute project vision and strategy.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and communication while maintaining a strong client‑service orientation.
• Perform technical analysis, ensure detail‑oriented execution, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Analytical thinking, precision, consistency, and common sense.
• Technical background (experience as a developer, engineer, or technical consultant is a plus).
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital project and software product development cycles.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and familiarity with e‑commerce or other digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Greek.
• Strong time‑management, organizational skills, and a client‑service mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and a BA or equivalent qualification.
