Technical I – IT Operations (Office‑Based)

About the role

As a Technical I in IT Operations, you will ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and related equipment for Concentrix staff. This onsite position is ideal for a junior IT professional who enjoys helping users and maintaining a reliable technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain computers, workstations, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.
• Assist users with technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Manage tickets and ad‑hoc requests in line with SLA requirements.
• Participate in IT projects, equipment moves, application testing, and workstation preparation.
• Create and update technical documentation and user support materials.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
• Follow established IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong service mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work onsite in an office environment.

• Windows operating system troubleshooting.
