Technical Customer Advisor (German)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Technical Customer Advisor to join a leading outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role combines multilingual customer interaction with technical troubleshooting across phone, chat, email and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, chat, email and social media.
• Identify customer needs and provide professional technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
• Ask probing questions to diagnose issues and guide customers to appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer accounts and document resolutions.
• Meet individual and team service targets and KPI metrics.
• Follow company communication standards, procedures and support policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in German and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
