Tax Advisor – Global Mobility

About the role

KPMG Greece is expanding its Global Mobility Services practice and seeks a Tax Advisor to support both corporate and individual clients. You will receive structured training, work on international tax matters, and develop expertise in expatriate taxation and mobility advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Assist companies and individuals in mitigating double‑taxation risks and ensuring compliance with Greek tax regulations.
• Prepare and review annual Greek tax returns (E1, E2, E9) using the taxisnet platform.
• Support international tax projects, including tax briefings, expatriate taxation, basic immigration procedures, social security issues, and equity‑based compensation reporting.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of expatriate policies and mobility guidelines.
• Provide international payroll and employment tax advisory services under senior supervision.
• Research tax legislation, global mobility trends, and regulatory developments.
• Maintain accurate client files, organize data, and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (post‑graduate degree is a plus).
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting or business consulting (internships accepted).
• Strong willingness to develop expertise in international tax and expatriate services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work proactively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with the taxisnet platform (preferred).
