About the role
TITAN Greece is seeking a high‑impact Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead the transformation and continuous improvement of its supply chain. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will work closely with IT & Digital, Finance, Production and Sales to standardise processes, introduce digital tools and build capabilities for sustainable operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the portfolio of supply chain transformation and improvement projects, from prioritisation and business‑case development to implementation and benefits realisation.
- Establish a structured loss‑analysis framework across cost, time and service, identifying root causes and translating findings into improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop business cases, validate realised savings and ensure measurable impact.
- Identify and introduce digital tools and automation solutions across planning, logistics, telematics, dashboards and TMS/WMS environments.
- Partner with IT & Digital to translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions.
- Design and maintain the supply chain performance framework and scorecard, including KPI definition, standardisation, automated reporting and review routines.
- Map, standardise and document key supply chain processes and SOPs, promoting consistent best‑practice ways of working.
- Support governance through improved data quality, master‑data management and standardisation across business segments and locations.
- Introduce continuous‑improvement methodologies, tools and practices, building relevant capabilities across supply chain teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (post‑graduate studies a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain roles with solid exposure to logistics and planning.
- Proven track record in project management, continuous‑improvement or supply‑chain transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, Excel and business‑intelligence tools.
- Experience collaborating with finance, IT, production and sales stakeholders.
