Sports Marketing & CSR Coordinator

About the role

Eurohoops Organization is looking for a passionate basketball enthusiast to join the team as a Sports Marketing & CSR Coordinator. You will help shape the impact of our CSR programmes while supporting the marketing activities for Eurohoops Academy and Eurohoops Events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization and execution of CSR initiatives, including basketball academies for under‑privileged children and specialised programs for children on the autism spectrum.
• Coordinate project timelines, track deliverables and manage day‑to‑day operational priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Assist in drafting project updates, performance summaries and reporting materials for CSR sponsors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for Eurohoops Academy and Eurohoops Events.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for basketball and community impact.
• 2–3 years of experience in CSR programmes, sports marketing or community event organisation.
• Hands‑on attitude, strong problem‑solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
