Site Engineer

About the role

VST GROUP Greece is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities such as structural works, masonry, plastering and MEP installations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction schedules and budget performance.
• Communicate with suppliers and oversee material deliveries.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (university or technical institute).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution plans.
• Ability to resolve on‑site technical issues in real time.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work at various locations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and organisational ability.
