SEO Manager

About the role

Push Greece, an AI‑powered digital marketing agency, is seeking a committed SEO Manager based in Greece to work closely with its London SEO team. The role focuses on technical SEO and on‑page optimisation to boost client search performance and user experience, with an innovative earnings model tied to portfolio revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and site‑speed issues.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs and content for target keywords.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research to guide content strategy and uncover ranking opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO‑friendly, valuable website copy.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools, producing regular reports.
• Analyse competitor sites to identify SEO tactics and improvement areas.
• Implement technical recommendations including schema markup, XML sitemaps and robots.txt optimisation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO trends, algorithm updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in technical SEO and on‑page optimisation, preferably in an agency.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
