Senior Software Developer (Python)

About the role

HFM, an internationally acclaimed multi‑asset broker, is expanding its technology team. We are looking for a driven Senior Software Developer with strong Python expertise to design, build and maintain high‑performance trading applications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design and architecture of Python‑based software solutions.
• Develop, test and maintain complex backend services using FastAPI, Tornado or Flask.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while ensuring high scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and release new features.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Optimize applications for speed, perform debugging, troubleshooting and unit testing.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Tornado or Flask.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and unit‑testing practices.
