Senior SEO Associate

About the role

Blueground is looking for a Senior SEO Associate to boost organic visibility across traditional search and AI‑powered answer engines. You will translate search data into actionable plans and implement them on a large, multi‑market website.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword and intent research, competitor analysis, and create content briefs.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as metadata, headings, and schema.
• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
• Execute link‑building and off‑page strategies.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates, AI search rollouts, and SERP changes, adapting tactics quickly.
• Build SEO dashboards that combine data from Google Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4, and AI‑visibility sources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve internal SEO processes and reporting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience covering technical, on‑page, and off‑page aspects.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, real‑estate, marketplace or tech sectors is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS basics
