Senior Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Coordinator to provide technical and quality support across our global construction projects. The role ensures that construction activities, engineering solutions and quality requirements are effectively coordinated and aligned, contributing to the successful delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist support on structural and civil construction matters, including foundations, earthworks, roads, drainage, retaining structures and equipment foundations.
• Review construction challenges and assess engineering deviations, field modifications and non‑conformities (NCRs).
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, HSE and project management teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as an escalation point for complex construction and quality‑related technical issues.
• Gather, maintain and update global lessons learned, focusing on recurring quality issues and best‑practice promotion.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in construction quality, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards and engineering requirements for civil and structural works.
• Proven experience managing non‑conformities, corrective actions and quality‑related technical issues.
• Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, engineering and construction teams.
