Senior Procurement Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function for our new luxury hotel project on Paros, working closely with operations, F&B, engineering and finance teams to ensure the right products and services are sourced at the right cost and time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coordinate and develop the procurement team while managing supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, discounts and payment terms with strategic suppliers.
• Oversee purchasing, cost control, inventory management and reporting across F&B, FF&E, OS&E and CAPEX.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Previous senior procurement or procurement‑management role with proven negotiation and contract‑management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with procurement and inventory data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and inventory‑management systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting‑tool capabilities.
