Senior Procurement & Logistics Specialist (High-Tech Manufacturing)

About the role

Meazon is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement & Logistics Specialist to own the full procurement and logistics lifecycle for its high‑tech IoT energy management hardware. You will manage material requisitions, international freight, customs clearance and warehouse receipt in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process material requisitions from MRP/MPS or manual requests and place supplier orders to meet production schedules.
• Manage vendor lead times, minimum order quantities and safety stock while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.
• Oversee all international freight, cargo movement and customs operations, especially imports from China.
• Coordinate incoming shipments to the warehouse, verifying Certificates of Conformity and batch/lot numbers for traceability.
• Review shipping manifests, bills of lading and invoices, reconciling them against purchase records.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on procurement and logistics experience in high‑tech or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in international import/export tax legislation, customs clearance procedures and tariff classification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 vendor evaluation, receiving inspections and CoC verification.
