Senior PR Account Manager (Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior PR Account Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑profile fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. You will act as the senior point of contact for clients, develop integrated communications strategies and drive media coverage that supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end account management for fashion, beauty and lifestyle clients, from strategic planning through execution and performance reporting.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Design and implement comprehensive PR campaigns that elevate brand awareness and secure quality media coverage across print, digital and broadcast.
• Pitch media, organise PR events, product seedings, gifting activations and brand experiences.
• Write and edit press releases, media briefs, influencer briefs and performance reports in both Greek and English.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key opinion leaders in the Greek market.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing programmes, managing selection, briefing, contracting and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of PR agency experience with a focus on fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex, multi‑stakeholder projects simultaneously.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Greek media and influencer landscape and an established network of contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
