Senior PR Account Manager – Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Senior PR Account Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑profile fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. You will act as the senior point of contact, shaping communications strategies that drive media coverage and support business objectives across the Greek market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end account management for multiple clients, from strategic planning to performance reporting.
• Develop and present integrated communications strategies with clear commercial rationale and measurable KPIs.
• Design and execute PR campaigns, media pitching, events, product seedings, gifting activations and brand experiences.
• Write and edit press releases, media briefs, influencer briefs and performance reports in both Greek and English.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and KOLs.
• Plan and manage influencer marketing programmes, including selection, briefing, contracting and performance evaluation.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of PR agency experience with fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Deep knowledge of the Greek media and influencer landscape with an established network of contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
