Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fussion is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can go beyond simple media buying to connect business goals with data‑driven strategy, creative execution, and continuous optimisation. You will own the full paid‑media funnel, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and turn performance insights into growth actions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels.
• Translate business objectives into clear media strategies, campaign structures, KPIs and optimisation priorities.
• Monitor core metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, revenue and lead quality.
• Produce performance reports that highlight insights, actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Communicate daily with clients, providing strategic updates and performance discussions.
• Identify risks, budget inefficiencies, tracking gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with SEO, Creative, CRO, Development and Analytics teams to enhance the full funnel.
• Support tracking setup using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels and conversion events.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in performance marketing, especially on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong grasp of performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, revenue).
• Ability to analyse data and turn findings into business‑focused recommendations.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns with clear ownership and optimisation logic.
• Confident client communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple accounts without loss of quality.
