Senior Online Reputation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Senior Online Reputation Executive to lead the execution of our Group’s Online Reputation Management strategy, safeguarding and strengthening our brand’s credibility, visibility, and trust across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the ORM strategy, ensuring sustained improvement of the Group’s online reputation, credibility, and visibility.
• Oversee monitoring, tracking, and moderation of the brand’s reputation across search engines, blogs, social communities, review websites, and online forums.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential reputation risks and crises, managing online incidents and negative publicity.
• Lead analysis of ORM performance data, delivering regular reports and data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop and oversee review invitation initiatives to boost client feedback volume and quality.
• Partner with cross‑functional departments, including Regulatory Compliance, to ensure consistent and compliant brand messaging.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech, online trading or a related industry.
• Proven experience in review site moderation and ORM strategies.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
