Senior Financial Controller

About the role

Worldline is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join its fast‑moving payments business. In this senior position you will act as a trusted partner, strengthening operational performance and supporting the company’s growth with strategic and hands‑on financial expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive budget, forecast and long‑term planning cycles, providing input on key assumptions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with financial and business metrics for executive committees.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
• Deliver reliable, timely financial information to business units.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, offering financial expertise for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency in financial planning, analysis and reporting, leveraging ERP and BI systems.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Controller or similar role.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, FMVA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and excellent presentation abilities.
• Proven financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
