Senior Financial Analyst – Due Diligence & Financial Modelling

About the role

Grant Thornton Greece is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Advisory team. You will play a pivotal role in due‑diligence projects, financial modelling, and transaction support for clients in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial due‑diligence analyses, identifying value drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and dynamic financial models to inform strategic decisions.
• Support corporate finance, M&A, and loan‑portfolio transactions by preparing detailed analyses, transaction materials and client presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of fairness opinions and valuation analyses.
• Engage with clients, investors, banks and other stakeholders to gather and analyse key financial and strategic information.
• Participate in special projects focused on innovation, scalability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and provide guidance to junior team members.
