Senior Finance & Administrative Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance & Administrative Controller to join a world‑leading multinational in the dermocosmetics sector. In this position you will ensure financial accuracy, drive budgeting processes, and support administrative excellence across an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit financial reports, analyse P&L and balance sheets, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee cash and treasury activities, including payments, collections, bank reconciliations and relationships with financial institutions.
• Optimize stock levels, define logistics partnership terms and manage sales forecasting projects.
• Coordinate monthly payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with tax and labour regulations.
• Develop and enforce internal financial policies, improve financial systems and support internal controls.
• Act as primary liaison for external audits, tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and develop the finance team, organise training programmes and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in a similar finance and administrative controller role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
