Senior Demand Planning Associate Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Associate Analyst to lead long‑term demand forecasting for its Snacks & Beverages portfolio across all channels. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to translate market insights into accurate demand plans that drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term demand forecasts for each SKU, incorporating market trends, new product launches and competitive activity.
• Lead the S&OP cycle for the Snacks & Beverages portfolio, reviewing performance by market and channel and prioritising risks and opportunities.
• Analyse sales, consumer and seasonal data to improve forecast accuracy and bias.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align assumptions and drive cross‑functional projects.
• Enhance digital planning capabilities using JDA and Business Intelligence tools.
• Support the NPD process by providing volume forecasts and ensuring system integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics, preferably within the food & beverage sector.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for interaction with commercial, finance and sourcing partners.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for trade marketing, e‑commerce and new product development.
