Senior Corporate Relationship Manager – M&A & Sponsors Finance

About the role

Eurobank is seeking a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager to join its M&A & Sponsors Financing team within Structured Finance. You will lead the structuring, analysis and execution of complex M&A, leveraged finance and sponsor‑driven transactions, working closely with internal partners and external advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse business plans, assess key assumptions and prepare internal reporting.
• Conduct credit analysis, identify risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, run sensitivity analyses and evaluate project economics.
• Draft and negotiate customized Term Sheets and coordinate final agreement with clients.
• Prepare presentations for transaction pre‑screening and credit approval applications.
• Lead debt arrangement processes for bilateral or syndicated facilities, including due‑diligence coordination, internal team alignment and legal documentation review.
• Monitor borrower performance post‑closing, ensure covenant compliance and address day‑to‑day client requirements.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities leveraging market relationships.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in corporate relationship management, M&A and sponsor financing.
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex financing transactions.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
• Track record of originating and expanding business relationships.
