Senior Copywriter

About the role

Imperius is seeking a Senior Copywriter to lead the creation of clear, engaging, and brand‑aligned copy across campaigns, digital products, and community initiatives. Based in Athens, the role blends on‑site collaboration with flexible work‑from‑home days.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and messaging for marketing materials, press releases, social content, websites, and other channels.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy to ensure tone of voice, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and technologists throughout the creative process.
• Contribute to creative strategy, campaign planning, and editorial standards.
• Mentor junior writers, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high editorial quality.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level copywriting experience with a portfolio that showcases diverse formats and audiences.
• Strong understanding of press‑release creation and media/PR requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Athens and managing deadlines independently.
