Senior Audit Manager

About the role

CPA Kudos Greece is looking for an experienced Senior Audit Manager to lead and enhance its audit function. You will plan, manage and execute risk‑based audits while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual audit plan based on organizational risks and priorities.
• Lead complex financial, operational, compliance and IT audits.
• Manage and mentor audit teams, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and professional development.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Support special investigations, risk assessments and corporate governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of audit experience, including 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management frameworks and internal control systems.
• Experience in a multinational organization or professional services firm is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
