Senior Android Engineer (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer with deep expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to lead the development of a modern native Android application. You will work closely with product, design, backend, platform, and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑quality mobile features.

Key responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain the Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Build maintainable Compose features following modern Android architecture patterns and Hilt dependency injection.
• Contribute to a modular Gradle architecture, including application, network, core, reusable‑component, and design‑system modules.
• Create reusable Jetpack Compose components aligned with the design system.
• Integrate backend services, APIs, authentication flows, and identity‑verification journeys.
• Integrate and maintain third‑party SDKs, including KYC/identity verification tools.
• Implement secure device and customer journeys following Android security best practices.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests.
• Manage flavors, environment configurations, and support build, release, and distribution processes.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Kotlin and native Android development.
• Strong communication, collaboration and ownership skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
