Seasonal Waiter/Waitress for Mediterranean Resort

About the role

The waiter/waitress ensures guests are served according to Ella Resorts Service Standards in the restaurant, bar and lounge areas, delivering hospitality with the highest standards of welcome and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Follow personal grooming and hygiene standards for self and team.
• Make guests feel welcome, direct and supervise service.
• Take orders, serve and, when applicable, prepare food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow the "Clean as you go" policy.
• Handle guest complaints in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Promote good relationships with kitchen and other restaurant staff.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and ensure proper hand‑over to the next shift.

Required profile

• Three or more years of experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hotel.
• Degree or diploma in Tourism (desirable).
• Excellent command of English; a second language (French, German, Russian or Italian) is a plus.
