Seasonal Waiter/Waitress for 2027 at Ella Resorts

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver Ella Resorts’ service standards in the restaurant, bar and lounge areas during the 2027 season. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards for yourself and the team.
• Welcome guests, direct and supervise service, and interact courteously.
• Follow the sequence of service and “clean as you go” policy, keeping work areas tidy.
• Handle guest complaints in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Promote good relationships with kitchen and restaurant staff.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and detailed hand‑over logs for the next shift.

Required profile

• Three or more years’ experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hotel.
• Degree or diploma in Tourism (desirable).
• Excellent command of English; additional language (French, German, Russian or Italian) a plus.
