Seasonal Luxury Hotel Staff – Paros Island, Greece

About the role

This seasonal position is for a luxury hotel on Paros Island, Greece, running from late April to late September 2027. You will support the pool area, bar, and guest services, ensuring a high‑standard experience for visitors during the busy summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area, pool bar, tables, seating and outdoor spaces.
• Organise and tidy pool‑bar equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and serve drinks, coffees and basic cocktails as needed.
• Assist in breakfast preparation and product organisation for the next day.
• Support guest check‑in procedures under the hotel manager’s direction.
• Keep all guest areas clean, tidy and ready for use at all times.
• Collaborate with the hotel manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work 8‑hour days, every day, for 28‑30 days per month.
• Willingness to reside in Greece on a seasonal residence permit.
