SAP Concur Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious SAP Concur Functional Consultant to join our SAP team in Athens. You will support end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementations, work closely with senior consultants and clients, and develop your consulting expertise across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis of client business processes related to expense management and travel requests.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP Concur projects, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Assist in workshops, interviews, and preparation of training materials and documentation.
• Configure SAP Concur modules such as Workflows, Expense, Request, Forms, Audit rules, Tax configurations and Travel Allowance.
• Support system testing, defect analysis, incident, change and problem management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; interest in SAP, enterprise applications and business processes.
• Basic understanding of travel, expense, finance, accounting or HR processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

• General SAP knowledge (ERP, HCM, SuccessFactors, FI)
• Exposure to SAP Concur configuration and support
• Willingness to obtain SAP Concur certification
