Sales Training Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Training Expert to design and deliver learning programs that boost the capabilities and performance of our sales teams at NN Hellas, Greece’s leading insurance provider.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs in collaboration with sales leaders and key stakeholders.
• Design and deliver in‑person, virtual and blended sales training programs.
• Create engaging learning materials such as presentations, videos, case studies and job aids.
• Manage digital platforms and tools used for sales training, providing guidance to sales teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new sales colleagues.
• Support sales teams through workshops, coaching and performance‑focused learning initiatives.
• Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to organise learning activities.
• Maintain accurate records of training content, participation, evaluation results and costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or Learning & Development professional.
• Experience in sales; insurance or financial services background is a plus.
• Ability to manage the full training cycle from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
• Experience with in‑person and virtual facilitation, e‑learning platforms and digital learning tools.
• BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; relevant training certification is an asset.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Results‑oriented, customer‑focused and analytical.
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable working style.
