Sales Trainer with English

About the role

The Sales Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client‑specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency and increasing productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client‑specific onboarding and training to enhance job‑specific knowledge and skills.
• Provide employees with skills‑based, client‑specific coaching and training to support achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client‑specific sales knowledge.
• Analyze performance and customer experience data to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories.
• Oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of training sessions.
• Track the effectiveness of training interventions using various assessment tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, training, or sales capacity.
• Experience working at Concentrix (minimum 6‑9 months in a relevant role).
• Subject‑matter expert and proven leader within peer group.
• Prior experience in high‑volume calling preferred.
• Fluency in English (C1); additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, German or French are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site from the Athens office.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Strong technical skills in MS Office.
