Sales Representative – Furniture & Interior Solutions

About the role

Katsikeros S.A. is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its team and drive growth in the furniture fittings and interior accessories market. You will work remotely, engaging new prospects and nurturing existing client relationships across Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through research and outreach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote product ranges to prospects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of furniture, fittings, and home interior products is an advantage.
• Ability to research market trends and competitive offerings.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Fluency in Greek required; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
