Sales Executive – Mobility Services

About the role

The Sales Executive – Mobility Services will be the primary point of contact for Flex sales, ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and suppliers. You will drive sales growth by handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and managing bookings while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails related to Flex sales.
• Process Flex sales requests, coordinate actions internally and with suppliers, and follow each request to closure.
• Prepare and send client proposals within agreed timeframes.
• Create and log Flex sales bookings accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate sales reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce and other CRM systems with up‑to‑date sales information.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure efficient handling of client requests.
• Resolve client complaints by liaising with relevant teams and suppliers.
• Log all client interactions in the designated CRM and booking tools.
• Support tele‑sales by delivering quotes and vehicle availability information.
• Identify and escalate critical situations, adhere to company policies, and meet SLA and KPI targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in telephone‑based customer service.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent administrative abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• IT literacy and ability to quickly learn relevant system applications.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
