Sales Development Representative – Remote (Greek speaker)

About the role

SupportRoom is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its expanding international team. Based in Greece and working remotely, you will help introduce the company’s AI‑driven behavioural intelligence platforms to forward‑thinking organisations across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers such as HR leaders, People & Culture heads, Risk officers and C‑suite executives.
• Research target organisations to uncover workplace challenges and assess fit for SupportRoom’s platforms.
• Present the PulseIQ and VAI solutions, book qualified meetings and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
• Utilise modern prospecting tools including Apollo, Surfe, Aircall and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales development, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Fluent in English and Greek, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage a high‑volume outreach cadence.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing AI and workplace wellbeing environment.
