Sales Development Representative (French)

About the role

Concentrix Greece is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who is fluent in French and English. You will join a multicultural team that drives B2B sales for a leading professional networking and advertising platform, delivering memorable experiences to clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across the full sales funnel.
• Conduct video calls, phone, email and social media outreach to engage prospects.
• Identify and connect with decision‑makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead‑generation methods.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, qualify leads and hand them over to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
• Adhere to response‑time SLAs and follow defined sales cadences.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• At least 1.5 years of sales experience, preferably in tech or digital advertising.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work independently in a fast‑paced IT sales environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
