Sales Associate – Sports & Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our JD Sports store in Smart Park, Spata. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our sports and fashion brand, delivering excellent customer service and helping shoppers find the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly shopping experience.
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding daily targets and promoting add‑on items.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the shop floor tidy and well‑stocked.
• Replenish inventory, ensure full‑size range is displayed, and assist with stock organization.
• Support teammates by deputising in other departments and handling additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for sports and fashion.
• Team‑spirit and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a retail environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
