Sales Associate – Retail (Patra, Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our store in Patra, Greece. You will be part of a vibrant retail team, delivering an excellent shopping experience while supporting store sales targets and representing the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Provide personalized advice based on each customer’s needs.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Support product replenishment and ensure correct product display.
• Assist with visual merchandising activities.
• Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
• Help receive, control, and organise stock.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
• Strong customer focus and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in fashion, design and product.
