Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our Maison and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, nurturing relationships before, during, and after purchase while contributing to daily boutique operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a unique and memorable client experience at every stage of the sale.
• Master the full sales process: welcome, discovery, persuasion, closing, and post‑sale development.
• Adapt communication to client needs and motivations, handling negotiations and objections with ease.
• Communicate the passion and values of the Maison, acting as the privileged after‑sales contact.
• Achieve individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the client portfolio through targeted CRM actions and events.
• Respect brand policies, participate in inventories, opening/closing procedures, and visual merchandising implementation.
• Support special projects as requested.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and customer needs.
• Team‑player mindset.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

What we offer

• Salary range: €26,000 – €34,000 per year.
• Commission scheme.
• €6 meal voucher per working day.
