Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Athens. You will manage high‑volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging prospects primarily through video calls and driving qualified leads to our onboarding team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume inbound and outbound B2B sales outreach across all funnel stages.
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media, with video meetings as core activity.
• Identify and approach alternative decision‑makers using lead‑generation tools.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and qualify leads for hand‑over.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs, ensuring adherence to response‑time SLAs.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch with good English (minimum B2 level).
• 1‑2 years experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Experience in tech or digital advertising environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Comfortable conducting client‑facing video calls daily.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
