Guess, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its store at Cosmos Shopping Mall in Thessaloniki. The role is part-time and focuses on promoting merchandise and delivering quality customer service professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the sale of merchandise and provide quality customer service in all situations
• Recognise sale opportunities and upsell items or services at the point of service
• Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Look for innovative ways to improve the customer experience
• Understand customers' needs and the latest industry news and trends
• Ensure the brand's image is always portrayed positively

Required profile

• Candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as training will be provided
• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter is advantageous
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Sales-driven, result-oriented person with a passion for customer service and fashion
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills with customers and staff
