Sales Account Manager – Pharma Software Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager you will drive growth and build strong relationships within the pharmaceutical software sector. You will manage a portfolio of pharma clients, identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust‑based, long‑term relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
• Present and demonstrate the key benefits of our pharma software solutions.
• Discuss software needs and suggest the most suitable solutions.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the pharma sector.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve business goals.
• Provide sales reports, insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and competitors to enhance sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT/business software solutions with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of software solutions for the pharmaceutical industry or pharmacies is an asset.
• Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients.
• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
