Rooms Division Manager

About the role

The Rooms Division Manager will lead daily operations of the Front Office and Rooms Division at Mitsis Selection Azure, ensuring high service standards, health and safety compliance, and achievement of operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, reservations, room allocation, invoicing and guest requests, coordinating opening and closing procedures with all departments.
• Handle guest requests, monitor comments and manage the monthly social media plan.
• Set departmental objectives aligned with the annual budget and contribute to sales growth.
• Review tour operator brochures and recommend updates.
• Lead recruitment, monitor team performance, manage appraisals and design training plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Education in a tourism‑related field (preferred).
• Fluent English (written & spoken) and strong command of a second language (German, French, Italian, Russian or Polish).

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Very good knowledge of the Protel property management system.
